If you find a mistake that we have made, let us know. This includes statement, teller, check, or loan payoff errors. We will immediately correct the error and credit your account $10.00

If you have a question about any of your accounts with Independence National Bank and we do not give you an answer within 24 hours, we will credit your account $10.00

If you feel that you have been treated with anything less than excellence in courteous customer service, tell the supervisor or manager, and we will credit your account $10.00

* $10 Service Guarantee applies to client service delivered by Independence National Bank which is under the control of Independence National Bank. The guarantee excludes natural phenomenon such as utility blackouts, environmental disturbances, Internet disturbances, national emergencies, electronic malfunctions, and situations of which we have no control and are unable to provide service. Independence National Bank reserves the right to change, modify or terminate this guarantee at any time.
