Inaugural Rudolph Gordon Elementary School Fundraiser

The Parent Teacher Association of Rudolph Gordon Elementary School hosted their first ever fundraising golf tournament at Carolina Springs Golf Club on September 6, 2008. Rudolph Gordon Elementary School is a new school that opened recently out on Fork Shoals Road in Simpsonville, SC. The school set a goal of raising $21,000 to complete the purchase of playground equipment for all grades to enjoy. Independence National Bank participated by donating 130 bottles of water. There were 80 players and 20 teams that participated in the tournament.
